zaishen rank, the emote sux and its freaking easy to max out "wtb zkey!", plus people are annoying me with their /zaishen emote.

Chaos gloves, omg seriously some people have no idea what looks nice and what doesnt. I wonder how they dress up outside gw, ooh wait maybe i dont.
Tjeez chaos gloves on a frikking obs armor warrior......... i mean i feel pitty with those who spend 75 ecto on that. It looks HORRIBLE.

Chaos gloves only look good on mesmers and on some monks.... nuff said

To be fair, it does work on some eles. The glowing hand effect is very...elemental. But on pretty much everyone else, it just looks anywhere from weird to out of place to outright horrible.

zaishen rank nobody takes seriously anyway, so i wouldnt classify it as overrated.

i think GWAMM is overrated. it sounds cool for sure, it just means u have a huge tolerance for grind.

Anyways I find that Male Ele Fow+Chaos+Blindfold (all dyed purple) makes a good combo. When I get bored of that I always have Elite Stoneforged+Stone Gauntlets+Dread Mask to spice things up and even a 2nd alternative Elite Kurzick+Ice Gauntlets+Ice Crown

What a dumb topic. Stop complaining about titles that you cant get. Half of the titles that have been complained about are titles that require time, patience, and skill. Which probably means you're jealous that you'll never get the title.

And titles are meant to consume time, it adds to the replayability. This topic cracks me up. Someone please tell me a title that is NOT a waste of time, overrated, or cost a lot of money.

And I'm pretty sure most people choose FoW armor to show wealth, rather than look sexy. I have FoW and even though I agree its not the coolest-looking armor, it shows prestige.

Why get armour if you don't think it looks good? Surely if you're willing to show off how much time and imaginary money you can spend, you could have gotten any other armour in the game, no?

even when what they run is terrible and they refuse to change it.

So everyone hates all FoW armour, ele swords, all tormented weapons, all titles are bad, everyone is just showing off and are a bunch of wankers. That was a fascinating read.

I want all of you to delete all of these items. If you see people with them point and laugh, then log out. Or just log out. Or to avoid possibly being annoyed, don't log on. Best to be safe.

I'm not sure anything that isn't atually rated can be over-rated. Or are we going on price?

This is coming from someone who is getting close to completing 75% of all vanquishes and shit, by the way. A good thing to look at is W/Mo's who using Mending / HH and think they're good 'cause they have prestige armour and GWAMM.

Wait, so titles are both indicators of skill, and wastes of time and money?

In case you haven't noticed, the only titles that people are saying are "overrated" are stuff like the zaishen title, kurz/lux, and wisdom (and GWAMM, which can only be attained through those other titles). These only take time, and some take money, which is just more time. No one, to my knowledge, has ever said, "Legendary Vanquisher/Guardian/Master of the North is overrated," because those are the titles that actually require you to play the game, to one degree or another.

Which is exactly why it's mocked as overrated; so many people grind for it, just because it's there, and then proceed to lord it over other players even though the armor looks like trash.

Are there really people like that? I honestly would like to talk to one, because I don't get how they can do it.

I have (I think) 7 maxed titles on one char, four of which I didn't even intend to have (capped all elites before that title got broken into four and made maxable), so getting pretty much every non-pvp title in the game seems like it would involve at least SOME difficulty.

For example, how does a mending wammo (= can't make a good build to save his life) vanquish Ice Floe? That area was a huge bitch. I tried like 4 different setups with H/H and failed 4 times, finally having to do it with a friend and 6 heroes. A mending wammo with equally "skilled" heroes wouldn't get past that clump of ice imps outside grotto...

see i laugh at most people in fow because generally that means they have only one character that they play, usually they dont even play them well. people with 10 characters all in fow, thats saying something, or they just farm ridiculous amounts. plus all those people with their stupid shiny gloves, they just stand in town, rarely if ever do you find a player actually doing something that has them.

so on that note, most overrated, people who talk about their stuff.
most underrated, people who have fancy stuff, keep to themselves or constructively help other people, and get $hit done.

I don't really think anything is overrated. I don't care what others have, because their items won't make me go "ooh!". I play the game so when I look at my own chars, I have that reaction.

Just because you guys hate FoW, doesn't mean it's overrated. I don't like fow either, but perhaps that player does. Let him use what he wants :/

THE Most overrate thing is monks in obsidian all dyed black, chaos gloves dyed white. Probably the one armor combo thats over used. For the matter all armor thats dyed black is overrated. JEEZ make a cool color or dye ur mask,gloves,boots yelloow and body +leggings a different one, BE CREATIVE! And not another clone.

In My Opinion.

Legendary Guardian, its easy enough to hero hench

Legendary Vanquisher, same reasons

Legendary Master of the north, Want a run threw a dungeon any1(thats why)

oh and my most hated over rated Armor is primeval...every1 likes it but u see every1 wearing it, its the most common Elite warrior armor i see, URGH!!!

and i hate the Elemental Sword skin...it looks like crap

and as for accomplishments...Beating Sorrows Furnace, to easy.. Nuff said from me
